Welcome to my blog Chomskyite Perspectives!
The Urban Dictionary defines the term “Chomskyite” as follows:
“Of, pertaining to or sharing characteristics with the visionary work or ideas of Noam Chomsky”
This blog is based on this definition of “Chomskyite” and critically explores the richness and depth of Chomsky’s ideas on language, the mind, human nature, and social and political affairs.
It will also critically explore the work of important figures in the Chomskyite lineage of dissent, e.g., Norman Finkelstein, Edward Herman, Howard Zinn, Gabriel Kolko, Mark Curtis, Edward Said, Richard Falk, John Pilger, James Peck, Arundhati Roy, Amy Goodman, Chris Hedges, Glenn Greenwald, and others.
